Jason Davis | Amy Stockberger Real Estate

I was born and raised in northeast Iowa but my wife and I have lived in Sioux Falls for over 20 years now. Just after high school, I started working as a sports videographer at the local NBC affiliate and have continued in video in one form or another ever since. I started my secondary education in the theater/acting world but eventually moved over to advertising (when I was about to get married and realized I needed to actually make a living). I married my childhood crush Elizabeth in 2002 (we met when she was 8 and I was 9). We now live in Harrisburg with our 3 boys, Ethan, Aidan & Declan.

I spent over 13 years at a radio/media group doing everything from copywriting and strategy creation to graphic design and voice over work for commercials. I started my own video production company in 2014 and took it full time in 2018. I decided to pivot back to my advertising and marketing roots in 2024 when I started with the Amy Stockberger team.

I’m a Jedi Master. I mean…one of my sons thinks he’s a Jedi. So it’s only logical, right? My primary objective is and always has been to forge a new path. To find new ways of doing things. Create new synapses! I’m a lifelong learner. I’m passionate about movies and the filmmaking industry. And music. And other cultures. When I close my eyes, I’m walking through a forest north of Nottingham. Or maybe its Endor. I love my family and I love experiencing life with them. We are super into camping (for the first 3 hours), waterparks and pizza/movie nights. My faith is extremely important to me. As are the Iowa Hawkeyes (yes, in that order).
