The 1st Annual Sioux Empire Flip Off

This great event is for you or someone you know that has unfinished projects, or doesn’t want to start, or is stuck in overwhelm and just wants to sell and buy a new home! If you said, “yes” to any of the above, keep reading and fill out the form below! 

WHAT IT IS: A fun effort to get more inventory into the market, provide support to sellers and to buyers, as well as give back to charity.

HOW IT WORKS: Homeowners sign up to be entered to have their home purchased in as-is condition – no prep, no projects to complete, no stress. ASRE will provide a prompt free market analysis. For every analysis done during the contest dates, ASRE will donate $50 to the Sioux Falls Area Casa Program.

Three homes will be purchased and then those same three homes will be flipped with an estimated completion date of this fall. The flipping process will be observed through social media and set up for public feedback on selections of materials and design (think HGTV meets American Idol).

COMMUNITY GIVEBACK: For every market analysis we do, Amy Stockberger Real Estate will give $50 to the Sioux Falls Area CASA Program and a special gift card for the homeowners. The winning house will have a portion of the profits contributed back to CASA, which provides volunteer advocates for abused and neglected children in the court system.
