Hi! I'm Aleah! My real estate career began in 2012 at 22 years old in Salem, Oregon. Together with my husband—a licensed real estate broker and contractor—we formed a dynamic team, specializing in commercial real estate, property management, and investment projects for clients and ourselves. Our work was diverse and often complex, strengthening my commitment to providing genuine value and support in every transaction.

In 2021, we relocated to Sioux Falls, South Dakota—a challenging move without the guidance of a local agent. Although we felt prepared, settling into a new community without family or a network was harder than expected. This experience inspired me to become the resourceful local expert I wish we’d had. In 2024, I obtained my South Dakota license to help newcomers not only find a home but truly feel at home.

It was important to me to join a team with South Dakota roots and a shared commitment to providing exceptional client experiences. That’s why I’m proud to be part of Amy Stockberger Real Estate and where we offer Lifetime Home Support, ensuring clients receive the support they need every step of the way. I look forward to helping you call Sioux Falls home.

Married to my best friend and proud mom to one amazing daughter—and two Labs who are convinced they rule the house! A true homebody, I’m happiest when I’m cozy at home, cooking up something delicious, and spending time with my husband and dogs

While Oregon’s mountains are breathtaking, I don’t regret trading them for South Dakota’s wide-open prairies. There’s so much to enjoy here! When we’re not being homebodies, my husband and I are cheering on our kiddo at her activities, roaming around downtown Sioux Falls, or exploring the beautiful state parks and trails. Since moving, I’ve even picked up a new outdoor passion: pheasant hunting!

My husband and I are real estate enthusiasts through and through, but when we’re not working, you’ll find us making the most of South Dakota or relaxing at home, soaking up all that makes this place feel like home sweet home.
