I specialize in client care, marketing coordination, and operational support to ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and agents. My daily responsibilities include answering phones and greeting clients, managing listings, assisting with all aspects of the VIP Club, coordinating newsletters and postcards, and supporting client appreciation events. I also handle running requests for the AS team, maintain office inventory, prepare buyer and seller packets, and manage birthday and anniversary mailings, all contributing to our mission of providing Lifetime Home Support™ and exceptional client service.
