The Amy Stockberger Team of Hegg Realtors has been ranked in the top one-half of 1 percent of the nation’s Realtors by REAL Trends, an awards program developed by The Wall Street Journal.
The rankings, called The Thousand, list Realtors by their number of transaction sides.
Stockberger’s team represented 289 transaction sides in 2016, ranking it No. 245 nationwide.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be named to The Thousand,” said Stockberger, who serves clients primarily in the Sioux Falls area. “It’s incredibly gratifying to help customers find their dream homes, as well as help them sell their properties quickly and for the highest price possible.”
Stockberger was licensed in 2000 and started her team four years later. She has grown it to 13 licensed agents, including her and her husband, and seven full-time staff.
Her marketing efforts include guaranteeing a home will sell in 89 days or she will buy it, a trade-up program and a VIP program for all clients including access to a moving truck, tools, party equipment and client appreciation events.
Stockberger was the only South Dakota Realtor included in The Thousand.
