I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa Geiken for several years now. She sold my townhouse in 2018. The selling process was new to me and she really helped explain everything in a way that I understood. After only a couple of open houses we sold for asking price! The Amy Stockberger team and Teresa have an amazing process to help cross off all of the to do items when getting ready for a closing. You never feel alone in the process. Due to work I wasn’t able to attend the closing in person and Teresa was a rockstar! She lined everything up before I left town for a month and took care of every last detail! I was so impressed with Teresa’s work ethic and dedication to her clients that I used her again when I was looking for my next home. In the end I ended up building and she was amazing with helping keep the contractor on task and handling all of the details. I will definitely use her for any future real estate needs.
