Amy Stockberger
Amy has lived in the Sioux Empire for the majority of her life & started in the real estate industry straight out of college at the University of South Dakota. She has been selling real estate for over 10 years and leads one of the largest real estate teams in the Sioux Empire. She has won several production awards as well as been voted Realtors Choice by her peers. Amy has been voted Local Best by the community as well. She has appeared as a Real Estate Expert on HGTV's "My House is Worth What" on several episodes. Amy’s extensive knowledge, experience & team allow her to offer you the best possible real estate experience.
Stacy Johnson
Stacy joined The Amy Stockberger Team in 2006 after obtaining her Broker Associate license & already serving as the Referral/Relocation Director for The Real Estate Company. She joined her sister in the real estate world after obtaining her degree from the University of Minnesota.
Teresa Schurz
After 20 years of experience in accounting and management - with many years in the construction and development industry - I made the exciting transition into real estate sales in 2003. I challenge myself daily to meet the needs of my clients while enjoying the excitement of no two days being the same! I will use my energy, experience, professionalism and attention to detail to give you a real estate experience that meets your needs and gives you results! You will never ask a stupid question - part of my job is to educate my clients about the process of buying or selling a home. Constantly striving to stay current with the ever-changing real estate industry, technology and the internet are an integral part of my business. Since I also believe that connecting with my clients on a personal level enhances their real estate experience, let me tell you a little bit about myself. After growing up on a farm near Howard in southeastern South Dakota, I attended USD in Vermillion where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My business-related activities have included 2005 graduate of Leadership Sioux Falls, Chamber Member, Home Builders Association member, former Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Realtor® Association of the Sioux Empire (RASE), former Chair of the Finance Committee for RASE, former Disabilities Community Impact Team member for the Sioux Empire United Way, former Treasurer for Rotary North, and many other activities. I have recently received an SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designation and am working on additional education/designations. On a personal level, I have a license to provide foster care for the State of SD (inactive status for now) and was a long-time volunteer for Children's Inn. My pets are part of my family, so I understand if your pets are part of yours!

Adam Stockberger
Adam has been a residence of the Sioux Empire for nearly half of his life residing originally from northern Indiana. Adam comes from a banking career of nearly 15 years, with a majority of his banking experience being a consumer lender and the latter portion working with businesses to help stream-line their payment process through the electronic payments network. Adam obtained his REALTOR® license in September 2009 and also began his venture in working with the Amy Stockberger Team at that time.
Jenn Anderson
Jenn joined The Amy Stockberger Team in May of 2010. She has been a lifelong resident of Sioux Falls, is a University of South Dakota graduate, as well as has obtained a Master's degree from Arizona State University and has over 13 years of experience in social work, psychology and counseling. Jenn has been active in her community and brings with her an excellent understanding of the dynamics it takes to obtain the trust of her clients. She is committed to listening, understanding and putting into action her client's needs and best interest!
